(1) Make sure you did have installed a GSM SIM Card to AVL; and its GPRS function had been enabled.

(2) Fixed IP Address is required for the operation; Intranet is NOT workable for this operation.

(3) Navigation map following NMEA-0183 protocol should be installed in your PC in advance.
